Problem
solving is the transfer of an actual state to a target state through
intelligent action, usually through conscious thought processes.
The sequence of different sub-activities in the context of such a process is called a problem-solving process. In this course, the basics of problem-solving are explored by thinking psychology, cognitive science and decision theory. In this course your participants get to practice solving problems using a lot of techniques and it contains many exercises, which trainers can use to pace the course according the requirements. The course is ideal to improve creativity skills as well as team building as participants get to solve problems collectively from one organisation.
